NON WOVEN BAG PRINTING

Non-woven
Non-woven fabrics are broadly defined as sheet or web structures bonded together by entangling fiber or filaments (and by perforating films) mechanically, thermally or chemically. They are flat, porous sheets that are made directly from separate fibers or from molten plastic or plastic film. They are not made by weaving or knitting and do not require converting the fibers to yarn.

Non-woven fabrics are engineered fabrics that may be a limited life, single-use fabric or a very durable fabric. Non-woven fabrics provide specific functions such as absorbency, liquid repellency, resilience, stretch, softness, strength, flame retardancy, washability, cushioning, filtering, bacterial barrier and sterility. These properties are often combined to create fabrics suited for specific jobs, while achieving a good balance between product use-life and cost. They can mimic the appearance, texture and strength of a woven fabric and can be as bulky as the thickest paddings. In combination with other materials they provide a spectrum of products with diverse properties, and are used alone or as components of apparel, home furnishings, health care, engineering, industrial and consumer goods.

Nylon
Nylon fabrics are man-made fibers in which the forming substance is a synthetic polyamide. These fibers generally exhibit excellent strength, flexibility, elasticity and abrasion resistance. They are lightweight, easy to wash and take care of. Because nylon fabrics resist absorbing moisture and dry easily, they are often used for swimwear and active wear.

Canvas
Canvas is a plain weave fabric formed from cotton, linen, jute, cotton, hemp, or – today, when canvas has become a generic term for heavy, tightly-woven fabric - polyester. Canvas is heavy, dense and is used in applications in which a thick, tough, durable fabric is required.

Jute
Jute is a type of plant fiber that can be spun into coarse, strong threads. It is biodegradable and therefore environmental-friendly. Jute tends to be rough in texture. The thread created from jute is quite strong. It also has exceptional insulating properties, low thermal conductivity, and antistatic characteristics.

600D Polyester
600D Polyester fabrics are threads twisted 600 times within a one inch area. This type of polyester is found in the manufacturing of backpacks and luggage due to it's strength and durability.
